ARTIST BIO

Pedro Abdala has been a musician for over 24 years, a journey that began in his teenage years when he first picked up the guitar — an instrument that would become his lifelong companion. Rooted in alternative rock, he started by playing in small bands before going on to lead his own projects, steadily developing his voice as a performer and songwriter.

His experience is extensive and shaped by the many musicians he’s collaborated with along the way. His career has been shaped by years of playing with musicians across genres and scenes in Brazil, Spain, and beyond. Pedro has been repeatedly invited to record guitar on albums for established artists, deepening his experience as a studio musician. He later formed an entertainment-focused cover band that achieved national success, titled Johnny's, releasing albums, appearing on Globo TV, performing sold-out shows across the country, and playing high-profile private events. These years shaped his understanding of performance as connection — not just music, but shared energy.

After relocating to Miami, Pedro founded Abdala Productions LLC., creating a platform to further his work as an independent artist, producer, and creative director. This chapter marked a turning point, allowing him to explore new sonic territory while maintaining full creative control.

Now performing under the name ABDALA, he is entering a new phase centered on electronic music. Blending his deep musical background with cinematic soundscapes, rhythm, and atmosphere, his work reflects a growing interest in mysticism, movement, and the spiritual pull of the dance floor. His debut electronic releases, “This Generation” and “The Sorcerer of the Sky,” mark the beginning of this evolving journey.

ABDALA has also been recognized through his participation in America’s Top Hit Maker, where he advanced to the semi-finals with the support of his listeners. As he continues to develop his sound and live performances, his focus remains clear: to bring people together through music, creating moments of connection where emotion, movement, and sound meet.
